The METB program is for players in grades 5-8 who live in Manchester or Essex, MA or attend one of the school's in the Manchester-Essex Regional School District. Our online player registration opens on/around August 15th and will close on September 30th at 5 PM each year! Late registrations will not be accommodated as the close of registration kicks off a number of administrative tasks that require final numbers - unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to this policy.  The registration fee per player is $325 (plus processing fees), which does not include the cost of uniforms. Parents should purchase uniforms before October 25th to receive them in time for games. Uniforms should be purchased through our apparel page found HERE - please pay special attention to our uniform ordering notes regarding jersey numbers.

Please note that refunds for registration cannot be issued to families whose children are enrolled in a grade that requires evaluations for a two-team split, as administrative expenses are incurred once evaluations are scheduled and conducted (e.g. gym rental, independent evaluator payments, & evaluation supplies). For families with children on a single team, refunds may be requested up until practices begin.  Please note that uniform purchases are non-refundable, as they are fulfilled by an outside vendor. A $25 processing fee will be deducted from all registration refunds.

Our coach registration process for the 2025-2026 season will open on/around August 15th and close September 30th at 5 PM each year. If you are interested in becoming a coach or an assistant coach, please review our coaching guidelines and then complete the coach registration form. Completing this form does not automatically register you as a coach; our Board of Directors will review all coach registrations and contact you with next steps.
